Our hybrid strategy, Deloitte Works, is about trusting our people to choose where, when and how they work. The hybrid working model allows our people and teams to have flexibility and control in how they work across client sites, Deloitte offices and home. It’s designed to give our people the freedom they need while helping them make the right choices when deciding how to deliver their best work.
Working arrangements will differ across our teams. So, the choices our people make about what works for them should align with their teams' and clients' requirements. Naturally, our offices will remain accessible to all, not least for wellbeing purposes.
We spend time at our clients’ offices to understand their needs, collaborate on project work and build relationships. We use the office to collaborate with colleagues, strengthen our relationships, continue to build our professional networks and fulfil the needs of our clients. Naturally, all our offices are accessible for wellbeing purposes too. We consider doing more individual, focused work from home, or another suitable base. Ultimately, it’s all about trust. We trust our people to make the right choices for themselves and our clients. There are not any set number of days that people are required to be in the office. Instead, our focus is on facilitating meaningful connections and interactions, with enhanced collaboration the best result.
